What food we were able to order was stale and not prepared well.
The staff was very rude and they had minimal offerings available. They didn't seem terribly interested in doing much work as opposed to bring on their phones.
Went to the for this Tim Hortons because my order at another one had been messed up they were very understaffed but they were they were still courteous polite very well-mannered and fast. The team on Union and Center really deserves an Applause for their crew and supervisors

While ordering my wife pointed out that there were fruit flies in the donut case but she was ignored.
Just left this particular location, I live 2 minutes away so it's the most convenient. They consistently do not have the most basic food items, frozen drink machine "down" all the time. My last straw is witnessing an employee ranting loudly about her problems while swearing in the presence of a girl who looked to be 5 years old. DO BETTER PLEASE!

Great coffee and your standard donuts/pastries. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Reasonable prices.
