5 star car buying experience! We all know there are too many car sales places that are out to get every cent out of u, these guys are not like that. They have great prices, no running to the manager to "see what they can do" no unnecessary add-ons. The sales team is great,very accommodating..i drove from Rochester for this specific vehicle...no annoying phone calls from everyone working there (which after test driving at a few other dealerships, I'm still getting from the other places, even weeks after buying my new car somewhere else the other guys can't take the hint!) But Galaxy didnt do any of that, they only called me to coordinate the loan and final sale, before that o called them...and They had everything ready for me when i got there to pick up the car, it was quick and easy! I highly recommended Galaxy Auto place! It's what you hope for in a great car buying experience!
AMAZING. I was told by my aunt to check this place out for a new vehicle, and I found the car I liked within a day, and I drove home with a 2014 Chevy Captiva in less than two weeks! I got it from them not too long ago, no issues with the car at all and the salesman Adam was very helpful along the way the entire time. I was buying my first car in my name and he was very helpful explaining things to me so that I could understand what I was signing and what everything meant. I highly recommend this place for people with trade ins or if its your first car.

Great cars, good prices, friendly salespeople. After driving car a week or so found a few things needing attention, they were fixed with no hassle, very great service. Very happy with the car.
