Scott Felser runs his business with pure honesty and professionalism. You never have to worry about being taken advantage of. I recommend this auto shop to all my friends and family. You can really count on the employees and the management here.
I called to see if they could check the front end of my car after it started making noises and they had me come right in. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour and the price was AMAZING. if you're looking for an auto place that doesn't screw you over with their prices and tells you the honest truth, definitely go here!

Loved going to Park Ridge! Scott was so helpful and accommodating. I called that morning about getting an inspection that day and they fit me into their schedule immediately. Also, while I was there, I asked about another issue I was having with my car, and they fixed it during the inspection. Service was fast!! I got it all work done in under an hour. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Scott has always been extremely pleasant and helpful to me. He has done work on my car that was necessary; and he never has suggested unnecessary work. He is honest and informative always explaining to me the work needed and the total cost before doing the work. I will not go anywhere else for my auto needs. I have and Scott fixed a botched job, it cost me in the end. I learned my lesson. Once you find someone solid who is trustworthy and skilled look no where else.
