This place is a joke. I took three bags of nearly new clothes from Ann Taylor, Talbots's and Nordstrom in to sell. Some had original tags and were current styles. While I waited for the clerks to check them I browsed the store. Most of the items were junk. They were worn, styles from years ago and dirty. They supposedly have designer purses and shoes. Ha! That's a real joke. Finally it was my turn to find out what they would purchase. She informed me they weren't interested in most items because they were worn and outdated. They did purchase five items for $13 . I didn't see which ones. What I didn't sell I will donate or sell at garage sale. Avoid Clothes Mentor! It's a joke. Since both sales girls were past over weight, I assume they are only interested in size 24 and over! They wouldn't know quality if it bite them in the butt!
