I love the store in general,but 2things bothering me, I am in a wheelchair,lost my leg,so I couldn't get in between your racks in most of the clothing section I went thru at all,so at times,with no balance ability for me and a severe back injury on top of no leg,I had to stand on one leg and hop and lean and twist reaching for things. Very uncomfortable,you need more space,if I were a very large person,never ever get thru between,only the main isle was ok for me,only 160lbs. Secondly, I'm not used to being larger than I was b4 leg loss,so I had to go to plus size,but the Calvin kline plus was rediculous,a 1X is exactly like the 5s to 7 when I was smaller,I only take xl or 1x in every store,so finding true plus sizes didn't exist..i tried other areas if plus and still hard to find. I spent about 2hrs and almost a thousand dollars,and more the other day,so I just feel it should be more comfortable to get thru the isles to enjoy shopping,especially when I'm already upset about my recent condition and not being used to hopping with no prosthetic,I'm in wheelchair 99%now. Please look into how,even in shoe dept, that you can adjust space between every isle and inbetween,maybe by getting a mid width wheelchair and literally go thru every single area of the store to see how we can't turn between in much of show dept and extremely hard off main isles of clothing. It was actually a painful experience. I JUST got my bon ton credit card the other day and was so excited to start shopping there. So please thing of the handicapped and maybe try a few adjustme 50s. My girl cashier was very nice girl,very pleasant,so I liked her. Almost 1,000. Spent,I kind of feel it should've been a bit better experience. Oh,I also liked the lady who sold me my perfumes I bought. So I like the employees. I thank you for my credit card approval,too me 25 yrs to build my credit lol so thank you for that,but not sure when I could make it back too soon.
