I have been dealing with Eastern States for many years and I find the techs and employees to be delightful! They are always quick to call when my alarm goes off or my power goes out, and the techs let you know when there coming and always clean up after them selves. I would recommend this business to anyone! Also best rates of any alarm company, and I looked!
The worst I've dealt with. Bad customer service. My business got broken into twice and not a single alarm sounded. I live in the same building as my business. I didn't even get a phone call from them.
