I would give a minus rating if I could. This place SUCKS!!!! My husband and I decided rather than file bankruptcy we would put our credit cards and this loan into Consumer Credit Counseling. MOst banks work with CCS and give them a reduced Interest rate and lower the payment to help get debt paid faster. Not these people - my payment to them is $3 higher. And last night someone from there came to our house and demanded a payment saying CCS had not paid them in 3 months. Which is not true. He is lucky I was not home at the time - I would have shoved him right off my porch.
I have taken loans out with them before so when we had a major setback to our home due to flooding I thought of these guys first. What a nightmare this was, if I could now rate them zero stars I would.
The loan itself needed a cosigner, my mom agreed to help and they apparently need our car loan information. My car I am still currently paying, her car is payed off. They told me that I needed to have my mom's cosigner for her car to come in as well to sign off on paperwork. I asked why considering her car has been payed off for over 2 years; the guy said it was their policy. My mother's cosigner of her car passed away a few years ago and I told them this. The guy told me well then we cannot give you a loan. Will never do business with them, ever again.
Havent had a problem yet allways trying to find you a cheaper monthly payment and very friendly as well
