Great price, great gym. Better atmosphere at Seneca location, a bit more average Joe feely than the muscle beach of the French Rd location

The term "proactive" is NOT part of their business plan, even to the extent that the place would fill with smoke.
This is a great place to get the work out you need and have your young children supervised while you enjoy your work out. Just keep in mind that you will be called to take them to the bathroom when they need to go.
