In a nutshell all they want to do is get you in there as much as they can so they can run up billing insurance. 5 times a week and they really helped me with absolutely NOTHING.
"great agency" and I do not throw compliments around. They have serious communication problems...good physcian(I think) and counselors are adequate when you can reach them. I think administration needs to reasess "client needs." The so called "crisis line" is not very good. I have been around a long time as an advocate.
