If I could give zero stars I would. Joke of a medical supply store. Droped a script off for medical supplies on a Saturday morning, was told she would have to call my doctor to verify some things and would call me Monday. No call Monday, I assume everything is fine. A week goes by, I call the following Saturday, get an answering machine 3 times before asking the person who answers the phone to physically get someone on the phone. I am now told they "see it here but have no idea what is going on with it, don't even know if it's been ordered" and I will have to wait to talk to someone else Monday. Now Monday, still no phone call and had to call there again myself to be told I will have to wait until someone else gets in. Moral of the story, my medical supply order with them is cancelled. They are a joke.
I will never return to Union Medical told they had no order from Doctor had called before I went answering machine left message no call so decided to drive out the girl waiting on me was horrible they told me the order was sent yesterday from the doctor office. Last time they treated me rude also sorry I bothered you no more will go somewhere else that customer service counts. had to buy the product at Walgreens.
Professional courteous staff. Joe in the medical equipment department did an excellent job of accommodating all of my needs. Definitely the place to go!
