Awful service. First of all I was at the counter and multiple workers were standing by the register and kept looking over but nobody came over to take my order, my order was finally taken when a lady came over from in the dining area. Second, Wendy's is open until 1am and I went there at 12:45 and they already closed down and was not taking orders. I will not be spending my money at this Wendy's again.
Freshly remodeled inside and out (June 2017). Modern, well lit interior with lots of indoor seating. Big, bright windows and new landscaping. Efficient crew. Orders were exactly done with hot food made to order. If Wendy's works for your burger fix, this is a pretty fine example.
The place was very clean and the service was wonderful. The lady helping us was very friendly and attentive and smiled the entire time.
The gang at Wendy's on Ridge Road were fantastic first time ever I didn't have to go back because they forgot to put something on my baked potato everything was perfect cooked right everything was there drink was cool people to help me out did a fantastic job. Hats off to the Ridge Road Wendy's thanks Pete
So much better then McDonald's or bk... Well worth the money the one on ridge road burgers are always plumb and juicy
