The slogan states "If you find a better price for storage we'll beat it by 10%" yet when I came in to get a 10' by 10' storage room the lady in the office stated "that other place has fees so it's not better than our price even though I got on the phone with the place in question and that would be the price but she wouldn't match it nor beat it by 10%. False advertising. Horrible customer service.
