Great store, owners are wonderful!
Horrible customer service. I was given earrings as a gift that broke after 2 hours of wearing them. I simply wanted to do an even exchange. Store is items cannot be returned without a manager. Yet, there was not manager present, he "went out for something to eat and would be back in about an hour." An hour later, when I called to speak to him, he "had left for the day" although I could hear him speaking to the associate in the background. Absolutely, unbelievable. Will NEVER spend a cent at this location. Shout out to Tina's Hallmark Shop in the D & L plaza that has always given fine customer service!
Not great selection of products. Some ailes are just empty.
