I wanted to have a New York City long weekend arranged. After Noreen (the travel agent ) called me for more details I waited over 3 weeks for a reply after I had called 3 times and she promised she was working on it. I am now doing my own planning and paying more for tickets as I waited too long for her to make arrangements. I would never, ever go back to this place for anything
