Terrible experience!!! It was supposed to take 4 weeks to get my fence in and it took 13 week! The entire summer passed by with my dog unable to roam freely in the yard. They definitely were not the cheapest and turned out to be as unprofessional as it gets. Nothing but deflection of blame occurred when pressed for why it was taking so long. I explained I wanted my deposit back and no longer wanted the fence and they refused. Eventually the fence went up and it was fine, but I would never recommend this company. There are plenty of fence companies to choose from and these guys have shown very little concern for customer service.
Called this company to schedule an appointment for an estimate they call back basically told me they didn't think they would be able to get out there for an estimate never called me back will not be doing business with Guardian
I love our new fence! Guardian Fence was exceptional in both product and service. All of the employees with whom we dealt were polite and professional. Not only were their prices very competitive, but the installation was timely and the quality and appearance of the fence has enhanced the beauty and value of our home. I would highly recommend this company to others.
They were very unprofessional.I had a dead line I needed the fence done by and had to call them the day before that.And was told OH SORRY WE DROPPED THE BALL SORRY.They did compete the fence in one day(and that would make anyone nervous)the two helpers where nice however one guy smoked liked it was going out of style and even though I gave him a ashtray he still threw his butts all over my yard.Then when my husband and I didn't think the fence was straight the guy that smokes lied to my husband to his face by saying that I told them I wanted the fence to hug the ground because we have a dog.the yard is uneven.noone huggs the ground with the fence.you make the top even.the whole time he's saying this he's yelling and calling me a liar.
Honestly I don't like to bad mouth anyone....but beware of this company. They told us they were 3 weeks out...3 1/2 months later they finally finished our fence. They used every excuse in the book....2 of our men are sick, 1 sprained his ankle, the wood is back ordered, or just no returned phone call. The worker even said they should have never told us 3 weeks and that they were extremely backed up in work with no workers. I do really like our fence but I would not give them any money up front and be prepared to get the run around every time you talk to them. It is unfortunate because a friend of mine did get her fence quickly a few years ago but ever since then they have done nothing good for the consumer. If you could I would get a hold of the guy who actually installs the fence and hire him on the side. He was great but works for a very poor company.
