We had our bathroom recently remodeled by Kaz Brothers. They did our other bathroom, roof, siding and windows and an earlier remodel of our kitchen in the past. We highly recommend them, but we really did enjoy working with Chad on this latest project. Chad was very easy to work with and did a great job. He is very personable and everything was always picked up and in order. He made sure we were happy at the end of the day. We will call Kaz Brothers again and request Chad for our next project and so should you! August/September 2017
What a wonderful company to deal with! I hired Kaz this past summer to do a complete outside makeover of my house: roofing, siding, doors, etc.
Kudos to the Kaz crew who re-roofed our home! Crew Chief Chris, Eddie, Austin and Cody who rebuilt our roof were disciplined, focused craftsmen. Our job entailed a lot of heavy, detailed work which they didn’t rush. They each took great pride in the work they did, especially on tricky and important points of installation. These men treated our home as if it was their own. They were respectful and courteous to us, didn’t smoke or use inappropriate language. They cleaned up and removed debris from the site daily. We found each member of the crew to be professional, personable and informative. We would warmly welcome them back to our home for any future project. Thank you Kaz Companies! WE LOVE OUR NEW ROOF! I should also note that patience and understanding is required upon signing your Kaz contract. Kaz is a busy company which does a lot of different kinds of work. By the time we had signed our contract in mid-August our projected job date was end of Oct/ early Nov. A very rainy season pushed that date to the end of Nov. Kaz’s receptionist, Kelly, and scheduler, Dave, were always helpful and at the ready to answer questions re our changing job date.
Since writing this review, I have been contacted by Kaz Brothers so I am hoping this experience can turn positive. (Raise it another star at this point)
Had Kaz Company come out to give us an estimate. We were told they were busy now as summer was ending and we had an indoor job so it would take a week or so to get the estimate. 3 weeks later we received the estimate. I responded we were interested but were currently out of town. My email when I returned was ignored so I called and requested the written contract and payment schedule. More than a week later, I received an email saying they were too busy to do a small 3 day job. (Which I wasn't putting a rush on, being patient with time scheduling.) So now almost 7 weeks later I find out I am back to the beginning.
They did an excellent job. The roofing turned out beautifully and I was also exceptionally pleased with the siding, doors and other areas of the outside that was completed. The roofing and siding crews assigned to my home were very professional and polite- all hard workers. This was one decision to hire this company that was correct!! Thank you, Kaz
Kaz companies recently completed a 4 room renovation project for me in West Seneca. I can’t be more positive about the professionalism, fine workmanship and courtesy of my two guys Keith Breton and Dan Tender. I had to be away for two weeks for a family medical emergency and had complete confidence that things would get done as planned and these men would be worthy of my trust. I will highly recommend this company.
